Come and join Giulia, of JEWEL Heal, Learn, Grow, for a guided exploration and session in meditation.
Each session will include a focused technique which will be taught during the session and practiced during meditation. Giulia will choose a new technique every few weeks, to practice, allowing you to immerse yourself in, learn and practice each technique, in order to build on your mindfulness and meditation skills and leave with beneficial tools you can use in daily life!
The meditation will run for about 30 mins, in which Giulia will intuitively create the session, to cater to the collective energy of the group, creating a space in which you have the opportunity to feel into your own energy and insights, specific to you.
Your choice to take time out, also gives you an opportunity to stop DOing and just BE. It has been scientifically proven that practicing meditation soothes the autonomic nervous system and allows you to align the body, mind and spirit to a more harmonious state.
We also welcome group discussion after meditation to share in our experiences. There is a reason we have all come together, and usually whatever is going on for you, is a relatable theme for others within the circle.
This is a totally welcoming environment, free of judgment and preconceived ideas of people in the group, and of what your experience “should” entail. Each person is completely different and not one experience will be the same as another.
Chairs are provided by the centre, however, if you prefer to lay down or sit on a cushion, please bring a mat or cushion to support your body.
